daily breakfast convenient location sound insulation loud music
the location was very convenient , with several restaurants nearby. breakfast was delivered to the room daily and it was a nice touch.
the sound insulation from the street was not adequate. music from the restaurant below went on until late and it was loud.

wooden floor wide hallway comfortable bed unopened reception missed breakfast absent emergency contact
my apartment included wooden floors. the wide hallways were a nice touch. the room was nicely decorated. i found the bed comfortable.
the reception wasnt open in the morning when we checked out, so i left my key in the room. i didnt realized i had locked my phone in the room. they were supposed to deliver my breakfast the night before because we were leaving early. luis stopped responding and didnt check his messages after 9pm.

stylish stay with breakfast treats
effective air conditioning breakfast delivery static selection
the apartment faced away from the street, so it was quiet. i found the air conditioning effective. breakfast delivery each morning was a real plus even if the selection was static (but the cakes were amazing).
during checkout, the reception area had not yet opened. i left my key inside the room but inadvertently locked my phone inside. the emergency contact number went unanswered, delaying us significantly.

the staff arranged tours and assisted with our late arrival. they were helpful and kind and they cleaned the dishes after breakfast (i really appreciated this touch).

Really good Hospitality and Prime Location
spacious apartment excellent sound isolation detailed recommendations
We stayed in the superior two-bedroom apartment and found it spacious and clean. The windows faced the street however sound isolation was excellent. The reception staff offered us wine during registration. I also received detailed area recommendations.

Breakfast arrived at our door each morning making for a relaxing start. The restaurant downstairs offers excellent Portuguese food with nice staff. I found many dining places and bars just around the corner from the hotel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was easy and I received helpful recommendations for exploring the area. They took special care with an allergy we had showing their attention to detail.

Mediocre Stay Due to Service Issues and Maintenance
unresponsive staff clogged shower
The lack of responsiveness in emergencies is unacceptable. I locked my phone in the room at checkout. I called the emergency number for half an hour without an answer. I almost missed my flight because I was stuck waiting for the reception. the shower did not work properly and water sprayed everywhere because the wand would not stay in place. The shower basin was also clogged.

welcome staff street level restaurant
the apartment included a nespresso machine and capsules. the checkin staff was wonderful and really made me welcome. breakfast was included and was served at the restaurant on the street level. apartment 7 was spacious and provided a perfect configuration for two couples.
one morning, the reception wasn't open yet when i checked out so i left my key in the room.

advantageous location breakfast delivery friendly staff street noise inadequate insulation ants problem
The location proved advantageous with easy access to nearby facilities. I also found the breakfast delivery to my door a nice touch. The staff were friendly and offered helpful information upon arrival.
Noise from the street was quite noticeable. The sound insulation seemed inadequate, especially with the restaurant below. I experienced a problem with ants in the room, specifically in the bedroom area.
